As can be seen from history , the Oromo people, B/Gumuz and Gambella especially the people of Western Ethiopia are connected by their geographical location, culture, history, language and tradition of good coexistence .However, recently there has been conflict between them due to security problems. There have been displacements due to the conflict killings and destruction of property was widespread The GM has established this joint office to solve the problem from the ground up.They are :Reconciliation talks,Strengthening peoples' relations,Conducting covenant reconciliation ceremony to avoid suspicion,Conducting peace committee,Connecting youth through sports,Development infrastructure Therefore, these peoples are not people who block roads but people who are bridges to each other. They have been displaced by the security problems and have shown their brotherhood to each other.
