Human Resources Team

The office has an independent human resources team, the main activities of this group include:

• Coordinate human resource documents in soft copy and hard copy

• Follow the guidelines of human resource management and meet the requirements when employees are hired and transferred to the office

• Prepare hourly control records and monitor employees

• Identify the rights and obligations of the employee and grant him annual leave, identify the employee who is retired and meet the requirements to ensure that the pension benefits are maintained.

Support Staff:

Support staff include;-

Planning, monitoring and Evaluation team are prepare the annual, quarterly and monthly strategic plans of the office and submit them to the relevant authorities, prepare reports on the work done, conduct reviews and forward them to the relevant authorities.

Women and Gender Affairs Officer: Identify violence against women and children especially those who have been victimized during conflict and work with the relevant authorities, provide necessary support Provide training on gender violence to security structures and frontline staff.

Ethics Officer enforces the rule of law and takes action in accordance with ethical guidelines if misconduct is committed.

Information Communication Technology Officer: adjust electronic equipment in the office; ensure necessary monitoring for the implementation of various software. In total, the office has 18 employees from Nekemte branch, 11 employees from Assosa branch and 3 employees from Gambela branch.
